Late Chief Ayo Adebanjo. Pa Ayo Adebanjo, late leader of Afenifere, fought for the actualisation of an Igbo presidency until his demise, the joint body of South-East bishops, archbishops and traditional rulers has said. Adebanjo died on February 14 at his residence in Lekki, Lagos, aged 96.
