A man identified as Kamoru Ojo who allegedly beat his 27-year-old daughter, Shakirat, to death at their home in the Ojo area of Lagos State, is currently in police custody. Reports revealed that on Thursday, April 3, 2025, an altercation between Ojo and Shakirat escalated, leading to him physically assaulting her. During the beating, Shakirat reportedly lost consciousness and died. In an attempt to cover up the crime, Ojo allegedly dug a shallow grave within their compound and buried his daughter’s body.
