Trekking Dahiru Buba
The man who celebrated President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory in 2015 by trekking from Gombe to Abuja, Dahiru Buba, is presebtly seeking financial assistance to treat limb pains.
The native of Dukku Local Government Area of Gombe State, according to reports, said he only got a certificate for his feat in 2015, appealing to Inuwa Yahaya, governor of Gombe, and other stakeholders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to come to his aid.
Said Buba: “Since the time I trekked, the limb pain has been growing by the day. I am appealing to my governor, Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State and the party leadership to help me look for medical assistance”.
Buba reportedly said life was becoming unbearable for him as the pain persists, adding that the hardship was such that he could even pay his children’s school fees.
Buhari’s victory was widely celebrated in 2015 and one different people said they marched to Abuja from different parts of the country.
