VeryDarkMan, a well-known social media activist and influencer, (real name, Martin Otse), was Tuesday, May 6, granted administrative bail by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).
A statement shared on the Commission’s official Facebook page, disclosed that Otse would remain in custody until he met the required bail conditions.
The EFCC had previously explained that Otse was arrested after receiving several serious allegations against him. The Commission further revealed that the accusations involved financial crimes, and that Otse had failed to respond to multiple invitations sent to him prior to his arrest.
