The proscription of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPoB) by the South-East Governors’ Forum was on Thursday Declared illegal, unconstitutional, null and void by an Enugu State High Court.. The South-East Governors Forum led by former Gov David Umahi of Ebonyi State, in 2017, proscribed IPoB and its activities, leading to the FG calling the self-determination group ‘terrorists’.
