Almost two years after the Federal High Court, Enugu presided over by Justice Ibrahim Buba, in July 2018 ordered Efe Omorogbe to stop parading himself as Chairman of COSON, with a subsequent order on September 26, 2019 for him to pay the sum of =N=200,000.00 to the plaintiffs comprising members of the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON), including music icon, Sir Victor Uwaifo, he, (Efe Omorogbe) is yet to obey the order of the court.
