DJ Cuppy is about to put smiles on the faces of not less than 10 students whom she has plans to send to the university on scholarship this year.
The beautiful DJ and daughter of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola made this known via her Twitter page on Wednesday January 31, 2018, where she indicated her zeal to help out just as she further revealed that she has begun the project with the first beneficiary.
“I plan to send 10 people to university this year and I’m so proud to say I have completed with my first student! Akeem Owolabi is off to Unilag!,” she tweeted.
Let’s just say DJ Cuppy is the latest celebrity to have come out publicly to help out to those who are in need. We’ve got a number of celebrities who are always quick to give out to the needy and still do a lot of charity works.
We can cast our minds back to 2017 when the movie star, Tonto Dikeh in conjunction with her NGO, Tonto Dikeh Foundation, paid a visit to the Persons living with disability in the Karanmajiji Disable Colony in Abuja to celebrate the United Nations International World Disability Day. In the course of the visit, she shared gifts with the inhabitants of the colony and also spent time having fun with them.
Lets not also forget the likes of Davido who is seen as one of the biggest benevolent celebrities around. On social media, Davido gives money out to students who need to pay their school fees.
