The competition lasted good 12 weeks. And Idyl of Team Timi Dakolo took home the trophy and star prize. But the whole affair took a surprising turn as the contestants the coaches thought would get to the top-four did not get there.
Grossig over 10 million votes cast for season 2 of Voice Nigeria Season, Idyl won it. Ebube of team Patoranking came second.
The final live show of the competition, had eight contestants that included, Symeca, Idyl, Jade X, Jahtell, Wow, Ebube, Chris Real, Yimika, with Ebube and Idyl finishing as finalists.
The Voice Nigeria Season 2 Premiered on June 18 with voice coaches, Patoranking, Timi Dakolo, Waje and Yemi Alade.
