Nigerian top singer African China is in a mourning mood presently.
The music act lost his father in the early hours of Thursday, August 31, 2017. He took to Instagram to break the news to fans and followers.
Sharing a photo of his dad he wrote: “The man That God used to bring me into this world, My Hero, My mentor, Papa u tutored me on how to be a good father to my kids. Papa passed on today 30th August 2017….early hours of this morning R.I.P papa.”
Meanwhile, African China recently criticized the new school age artistes for being disrespectful.
In a recent interview granted, the singer gave an account of being turned down by a new school artiste whose name he di dot disclose.
He narrated meeting and exchanging numbers with a certain new genaration artiste only for him to ring this artiste up and had his calls ignored.
“Your phone rings and you don’t respond, it’s crazy…” the singer said.
China said the same artistes end up getting humbled and come back to the veterans asking how they have managed to remain relevant till now.
